At MASH, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the right equipment for your peak performance. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
